July 31 – August 3, 2026 · Casa De AUM · Mérida, Yucatán · $450 USD
About This Training
Trauma lives in the body long after the mind has moved on. Trauma-informed yoga is the practice of creating environments where people feel safe enough to heal — and it requires a different kind of presence from the teacher. This 4-day immersion at Casa De AUM gives you the framework, language, and tools to bring that presence into every class you lead.
This is one of the most in-demand certifications in the wellness field today. Mental health professionals, community yoga teachers, school-based educators, and social workers are all seeking this training. Come as a practitioner. Leave as a holder of space.
