A Safe & Intentional Space for Deep Inner Work
Into The AUM Retreat is a carefully curated spiritual healing experience designed for those seeking transformation, emotional release, grounding, and reconnection to self through medicine, intentional ceremony, community, breathwork, and rest.
At Casa De AUM, we believe sacred experiences deserve sacred preparation. This retreat is intentionally intimate, with six participants or fewer, allowing every guest to receive personal support, care, integration, and guidance throughout the journey.
Whether this is your first experience with plant medicine or part of an ongoing spiritual path, our focus is creating a safe, grounded, and supported environment for deep healing and self-exploration.
One of the unique aspects of this retreat is that the ceremonies are optional and personalized. Guests may participate in one ceremony, both ceremonies, or simply attend for the healing environment, breathwork, yoga, and integration experience. The retreat cost remains the same regardless of participation level.
Throughout the retreat, all meals, practices, fasting support, preparation, and integration are designed intentionally to help prepare the body, mind, and spirit for ceremony.

Facilitated by Carmen
A profound psychedelic healing ceremony performed by Carmen, a local Mexican Medicine Woman who has facilitated past ceremonies with us. This "Anahuasca" experience is approached with cultural respect and spiritual integrity.
The ceremony centers around Tepezcohuite, also referred to in ceremony as “Anahuasca,” held within a traditional Mexican spiritual framework. The experience is approached with reverence, intentionality, and deep respect for indigenous ceremonial wisdom and healing traditions.
Prepare for a spiritual healing experience focused on grounding, release, reflection, emotional clearing, and connection.
Participants will receive preparation guidance beforehand and supportive integration afterward.
Facilitated by Lejaila
This sacred mushroom ceremony is centered around emotional healing, introspection, spiritual connection, and expanded awareness. Participants will be guided through an intentional evening with 5 grams (dosage adjustable for participants) of medicine, supported by music, grounding practices, energetic care, and a held ceremonial environment.
Preparation throughout the day will include fasting, breathwork, meditation, and gentle practices to support openness and receptivity.
Participants may choose one or both ceremonies; your journey is honored at your own pace. There will be sober support on-site to maintain the safety of the space.
Following the ceremonies, the group will enter a traditional temazcal experience — a sacred sweat lodge used for purification, prayer, grounding, renewal, and integration.
The temazcal acts as a bridge between ceremony and embodiment, helping participants reconnect to the body, release tension, and integrate insights from the retreat experience.
Access altered states of consciousness through the power of your own breath. After experiencing the deeper levels of the self via medicine, get a chance to explore via your own breath.
This experience will be guided and in a small group setting.
